| These terms and conditions establish the relationship between
Open Invitations (also referred to as ‘Us’ ‘We’
or ‘Our’) and you (‘You’ or ‘Your’)
in the supply of the Product by Us to You. It also sets out
the terms and conditions on which you use this website.
These
terms and conditions are governed by law, and by proceeding
further you accept them. If you do not accept these terms
and conditions of use you are not authorised to proceed further
and should not use the website or place an order with us. |

The minimum order quantity is 10 units. Please ensure you order
enough invitations at the time of placing your first order as
additional orders will incur a set up charge of £5 and
quantities under 10 will be charged at the unit price. To order
your stationery complete the order form online and submit. Please send your 50% deposit cheque in the post to Open Invitations, 62 Morris Drive, Billingshurst, West Sussex, RH14 9SF. Once we have received
your order and deposit we will email you to confirm receipt
and advise you of a delivery date. Your deposit is non-refundable. |

Prices are subject to change without notice. If you require
a bespoke design, please email the details.
Any price increase will not affect orders that have been confirmed.
The price does not include delivery, however prices stated for
stationery include one printed insert in each Wedding and Evening
Invitation and one printed insert (four sides) in each Order
of Service. Invitation designs with a significant amount of
gems and beads are supplied with a protective card for you to
protect your invitations in the post. |

We currently only accept cheques. Please make cheques payable
to
'N Ramplin'. Please do not send cash. A deposit of 50% of
the total order value is required, payment should clear before
any work commences on your stationery, with the full balance
due 2 weeks prior to your order being dispatched to you. All
goods remain the property of Open Invitations until payment
is made in full. |

As all stationery is tailor made to your specifications,
orders cannot be cancelled once we have received your deposit. |

Delivery times are dependent on the size of your order and our
current work load. Please allow us 6-8 weeks production time
from when your deposit clears. If you require your order sooner,
then please contact us as soon as possible. Your stationery
will be delivered to your home (or other specified address).
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery which
gives a guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm on any weekday.
Delivery requires a signature, so if you have any specific delivery
instructions please inform us before your delivery date.
For 250 units or more please add £30
For 100 to 249 units please add £20
For 51 to 99 units please add £15
For 50 units or less please add £7
Please note: If your order needs to be
split this may incur extra delivery costs. A unit refers to
1 item of stationery. |

Due to the change in the postal charges, it is your responsibility to ensure
you use the correct postage when sending your invitations. |

Damages must be reported within 5 days. |
| |
The stationery designs have recommended papers and type styles,
but you can specify from the paper range and type styles given.
This ensures you get exactly what you require. To help choose
your stationery, we will be pleased to send you a design sample
made to your specification charged at the unit price of the
invitation, up to a maximum of three. The cost of samples are
refundable on all orders over £125. Please complete the
Sample Request Form
and allow up to 14 days for delivery. |

Once we have received your order and deposit we will supply
you with proofs of your insert/s. Please check all the details
carefully, you will need to sign and return them to us or
e-mail us with confirmation/changes as no verbal instruction
will be taken. Once we have received your confirmation that
you are happy with your proofs, we will begin your order.
Please ensure that all of your insert information is correct
when you supply it to us. We will provide you with two free
proofs but any subsequent corrections requested will be charged
at £5 each. |

Co-ordinating envelopes in your chosen colour will be supplied
with all Wedding and Evening Invitations. Our Reply Cards and
Thank You Cards come with a standard white, ivory or cream envelope. |

All inserts are printed in black ink, for coloured inserts please
add 20p per insert. |

Some hymns, songs, poems and readings are protected by copyright,
if this is the case it is your responsibility to obtain permission
to use them. Any breach of third party copyright will be the
responsibility of you, the customer. |

Due to the restraints of the internet, colours may vary
slightly from the photographs. Due to the nature of the handmade
processes and products that we use there may be very slight
variations in each item produced. From time to time it may
be necessary to source a different product which will be of
the same quality or higher. You are advised to order samples
before placing a full order. |

Returns are only accepted with prior approval. All orders
are tailor made and personalised to your individual requirements.
For this reason, refunds and exchanges will only be made if
the stationery is found to be faulty, or does not meet your
order specifications. |

Please be aware that due to the small parts on some of our
designs, they are not suitable for very young children. |

After we have completed supplying our product to you, we
do not retain any of the personal information that you supplied
to us during the course of our relationship with you nor do
we supply such information to third parties. In accessing
the Open Invitations website, you accept that electronic mail
that is transferred over the internet may not be free from
intrusion by external third parties and consequently may not
remain confidential. Open Invitations does not take responsibility
whatsoever and makes no guarantee that this website will be
free of viruses or other harmful elements. Neither does Open
Invitations accept any liability for any infection by computer
virus, bug or other elements caused to your computer or computer
systems as a result of accessing and using this website. |
